Eh, I like farms, what can I say..

Oh, sorry about the huge images too.

Wheat farm:




Fun Facts:
- Produces 2,172 Wheat upon full harvest (~34 stacks)
- Is 78 blocks wide, 36 blocks long, and 3 blocks high
- The walls are made entirely of Hay Bales, consisting of 684 bales (6,156 Wheat)
- Required clearing of about 11,200 stone blocks to build
- Dug entirely with stone tools
- Takes so long to harvest/replant, that by the time you're halfway, the first saplings have already fully grown into harvest-able wheat again.

LOL i had to laugh reading this post when you said that it was regrowing by the time you got the end, it would be perfect for a job though youd never run out of things to do thats for sure

Actually I start noticing fully-grown wheat when I'm about half way through replanting.. by the time I'm done, there's quite a few regrown lol

Yeah, and the Farming turtle will harvest all that for you and put it in to chests

Seems to defeat the purpose of the game if something else does it for you....

it defeats the purpose of Minecraft yes, but Tekkit is designed for that purpose

Tekkit is designed for all the fancy machinery. It is meant to automate (almost) everything for you. You should try it sometime!
