General:
-Added new /amilagging command. Run this when you're having lag issues, it will attempt to determine whether it is the server lagging, or you.

McMMO:
-Updated Anti-Cactus training from the previous update. You will no longer take damage at all from cacti while wearing armour.
-Fixed potions not working still. lol.
-Fixed bug where potions weren't consuming fuel
-Fixed Herbalism Green Thumb not working
