Just a suggestion,  could their be rewards for voting for this server?  Maybe something nice for the most votes per month?   
   Alot of other servers do this to get their server name higher on the list of servers on the main server sites.
   I really like it here so far and I think maybe this could help.

Honestly I'd agree that a small incentive for voting wouldn't be detrimental. Some servers just give you a bit of steak for voting even. I know I'd be happy with like 10 steak for a vote, everyone loves steak.

Cash for the store and improve it?
Cash to sethome ?
Rare block ?
Few pieces of iron and some steak.

Kids will vote for the smallest amount of things if they think its gonna reward  them!

I have no problem voting every day.  I just need a pinned post with all the sites to vote. So I could bookmark it.  On the last server I was on I was in the top 5 voters for the last month I really played.  Hopefully more votes will up the popularity of this server. I would love to see more people here enjoying the server.

Honestly incentivising votes for a server is one of the worst things to happen with the whole minecraft online community go to a server list and you have a list of all the servers you don't have to try to be good on. Aside from scamming players/ exploiting the economy, voting is one of the quickest ways to get anything you want especially when the vote just gives you cash i use to set up bots and feed votes on servers for a few weeks then join and reap massive rewards without playing the game at all

From being told what all this talk of voting actually is, i would have to agree with Blazed. Voting should be about liking the server you play on, not doing it because you expect something in return. Sounds like bribery to me.
