It worked out surprisingly well, albeit Talon had an amazing ability to last hit the things I got low... His Q could grab me AP. It was cheap and has a low CD so I could spam it to proc my spellblade off of the trinity force. His E stunned teams all to living hell, and his W just does good base AOE damage. His ult becomes a little lacking, but it's a very short casting time to proc the Trinity force again. Only reason I did it thought ws because I went into the game with 21/9 AD masteries by mistake, ha...

I haven't dealt with that aa animation for Anivia in forever, not counting the fact that I hardly play anymore. I've been using Blackfrost Anivia and the animation is way better.

Ever see an AS, AD Amumu? I might make one. It'll be sweet considering you can proc with W and E adds tankiness. Your Q can gap close as well as proc. It's gonna be great. Eventually.
