yeah about august he dmca bukkit and spigot or anyone who uses his api not to pass out anymore copies of his stuff or that use his stuff, he did it when he found to that bukkit was bought out my mojang and no one released it

he has also stopped working on it as well

That hasn't been an issue for us for a while though?

I compiled a Minecraft 1.8 server wrapper a while back that bases off spigot and can run mods just fine

Vanilla has been running it for a while now

i figured however i do believe spigot 1.8 is not a full version of 1.8 but i could be mistaken

Idk whether spigot is or not, but what I've made to run the Vanilla server seems to run everything just fine.

It has all the features of MC 1.8 working flawlessly

the reason i mention this is because i tried to grab the bukkit plugin api from craft bukkit and i get 404

Bukkit is still down as far as I'm aware, but it hasn't been a problem for us for a while
