I'mma make an advert for the server on Reddit. Below is a possible one, so tell me what you think. I want to post a polished, community agreed advert for it.



Claytonian Adventure [RPG] [PVE] [PVP] [ECONOMY] [SMP]

     Long ago, our world was shattered. Shadows from the Void began to enter our ancestors minds and hearts, until they were completely consumed by hatred and, then, bloodshed. There was no hope, nothing but death and despair.
Until, in one last effort, the most powerful wizards of the land came together to fight the Void. They combined their magic and pushed the darkness back. It was not permanent, as our world was soon completely destroyed by the Void. But,  the great wizards gave the remaining people of our world a chance to escape this wretched fate.
     The Humans, adept in the mysterious arcane arts, fled to the remote islands of The End. The Dwarves, masters of everything metal and forge-built, holed themselves in the fiery realm of the Nether. The Elves, creatures of nature and life, found refuge in the untamed Twilight Forrest. They remained in their respective dimensions for countless centuries. Until one day, the last remaining wizard created a brand new world, protected against the Void and it's vile, shadowy grip.

This is a call to all Elves, Humans, and Dwarves to come out from your realms and make a new home here, in this new world!

thank you for wanting to advertise, BUT they best way to do so is to bump forum posts. Its easier to pull teeth from a pissed off bull than get members to bump forum posts. even after asking in TS it never gets done.... the fate of the server is in how many bumps that post gets

The problem is that there are sooo many sites, MCF included, that are MAD strict on bumping.
They don't really want you to do it at all, to be honest.

rules for bumping on most forums are that you must have a full sentence, the post must relate to the server, may not be made by the same person 2 times in a row, and must be 24hrs apart.
I know of the rules bc i have been in contact with high level admins on MCF because of my bumps and if u follow the rules above u will be fine.

so. if everyday we take turns and wrote a sentence about the server or events on the server we will be fine.

once a day when there are a few of u in TS ask, "has anyone bumped MCF today?"  if no then see who made the last post. The person who last posted cannot post again. he then nominates someone to post. make a game of it or something. but it needs to get done!

lol I've been trying!
My roommate works from home, and was working overtime over the holiday, so he set the internet to only let him onto it to make sure it didn't go out on him while he was working.
