Basically this comes down to do we want to be able to rent out regions of land where we can pick the X Y and Z rather then towny just grabbing the chunk. We already have the required plugins for this, so it wouldn't take up much room... Let me know what you think!

not sure how this will work with towny...
an admin will have to set up the regions that will be for sale.
and if we are selling regions then y have towny if we can just set up everything for sale in the 1st place..

I think it would be great for renting out apartments. What I don't like about Towny is that you have to use a whole chunk for a plot. That's the only downside to it...

That seems nice, but if an admin has to set them up each time, would be kind of annoying. I like the Towny setup with the mayors being able to run the town, pick the plots, etc., and that anyone can found a town.

True. It would make our jobs harder as admins, but I like the idea, and think there could be a middle ground with it.
