For the people who aren't aware on how to link a portal here a quick guide.
1: Choose a spot for your overworld portal, do light it, but don't go through it.
2: when you place it write down the coordinates of the portal in overworld
3: divide X and Z with 8 and Y stays the same
4: Make a portal in the nether at the coordinates you got from step 3.
5: Light the nether portal and go through it, if everything was correct it should be linked to the portal in the overworld
6: happy nether transportating

p.s. Y coordinate doesn't matter too much, but if portals are close to each other, it helps a lot if you place it at the right Y.
