Just wondering if it's possible to remove or lower the restriction on posting within 30 seconds?

I get it several times a day (I read fast and type very fast [120wpm]) when  I'm going through the recent posts, and sometimes it occurs over and over after the 30 seconds because I keep trying to post during that time while waiting for it to run out.

I run into this often as well... I would love it if we could get rid of it.
