prime is in charge of tekkit and may or may not make an exception

i was unaware the tekkit was a 18+ server i thougt it was just for vanilla.

I started it as 18+ prime is in charge of it and allows some under 18 on it.
My reasoning behind it is that there is not form of protection or roll back capabilities so we need to take extra steps to ensure that grief is prevented.
