Does anyone have experience working w dns records?

I need to set up a SRV record for the new TS so the IP will not change to connect to the new TS. the IP needs to be Voice.claytonia.net

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SRV_record
https://support.teamspeakusa.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/293/12/does-teamspeak-3-support-dns-srv-records

It will be a SRV record on Claytonia.net
the TS IP's are
198.100.153.190:7111
vs24.tserverhq.com:7111
claytonia.tserverhq.com (port not needed when using this ip)

Below is an image of the options i have. I need help figuring out what to put where.

Im asking to help save time. I am in the middle of moving and time is hard to come by. I will get it figured out but if anyone could help speed it up I would be VERY thankful.

That should be fine as-is. Just use your current weighting and priority from your existing dns record
