Recent channel I found does like weekly breakdown on 5 plays or champions spells that can be abused in ways you never thought. I been going on a marathon of his videos lately.

Great source to find basic champion builds, runes and masterys recently has been doing a podcast breakdown on upcoming patches to point out major changes like buffs and nerfs or new stuff. I recommend not following builds that are old like a year old or from a old season, it can get outdated quick sometimes.

And TT tier list thought it may be useful even though is old its still pretty accurate.
