I miss the old non-vanilla server design (minecraft)

I can't seem to get interested in any of the available servers. I guess I just enjoy all the plugins. I picture the towny/economy server to be the closest but it seems to be down. Any chance of bringing it back?

Opinions?

It seems to be outdated (1.7.2) And I meant the idea of bringing back the old style, no towny just worldguard protections of what you built

I like Towny. You don't have to use it if you don't want to you know. You can play with the other plugins just fine. I doubt anyone will be messing with your stuff on there anyways, it's dead thanks to much, much downtime and a severe lack of advertising. Also, none of our servers are running on anything past 1.7.5 that I know of, and I use 1.7.2 to play on all 1.7 versions of Minecraft. Just use a Profile that is set to 1.7.2 and you'll be good for any version of 1.7.

I updated both RolePlay and Vanilla to 1.7.9 a while back

Oh, well, I never saw any topics on it, and as far as I know, 1.7.9 is a completely pointless update. Either way, 1.7.2 works just fine for me on any version.

Yes but 1.7.9 won't work on a server below 1.7.5 - That being Axe's current problem lol

True. That's why I mentioned the Profiles XD. Just make a new one, call it 1.7.2, and select that as the version. Poof! Econ server is right there!

Well, if there actually was an owner that did something... I'm afraid to overstep my boundaries since I'm not running it like I was with Tekkit... Not sure where Rtab went...

I still advertise for it (as well as just claytonia in general), but it'd be a lot more encouraging to see active owners.

they no longer pay for it and are no longer owners. not only that but i haven't seen r-tab in over a week.
the admins are the owners.
