It'll be year two of steaksgiving for me.  This time around, it'll be a 16 oz porterhouse.

But my thanksgiving is normally just a family thing. My grandmother and aunt come over for dinner, and i end up watching football all day.
Its a goodish time!

Back when america was first being established the settlers and the Indians (native to america) where fighting. to settle this both sides set down at a dinner table to discus the best way to handle this. The meal was a turkey.

Since it has become a holiday that they share and for family's to have another reason to get together.

That's the best I can explain it...
