I'm looking at a new laptop and im looking at msi because it looked like a good computer but not sure if they are the best for the money. also i would encourage you to get a desktop for what you want and not a laptop its easier to upgrade and you get better air flow for mutli-tasking which is what slows the computer down.

I also can't move a desktop half across the us for 3 months :/ if i didn't travel a few thousand miles than i would get a desktop

I just need something that can livestream/record boarderlands/minecraft/worldofwarcraft and maby other games later

then the three main things you want to look at are hard drive space to save your files on (both recording and games) Processor for multitasking and encoding. Lastly your graphics card for gaming and streaming. your net card is not going to really matter to be honest there all just about standard its your isp and network that will be a real hinder on your stream.
