Look guys, we need to have a common operating picture, enclosed I have added a link to the US Army Ranger handbook.  The main thing I would like everyone to take a look at is chapter 6 and 8.  These are the building blocks of what we mean to do.  From within these battle drills, and movement formation, if executed properly, we can easily respond to contact, as well as neutralize the enemy threat.  Let me know if you have any questions.  '

Wow, yeah, that is about as in-depth a guide you'll ever read.  Great guide though.
