Lol whats the exception to the pvp rule on this server?

   I thought that was a general question applying to all the servers. I believe they took out orcs, but they could "pvp" on the roleplaying server. I don't believe we can PvP or raid on vanilla.

Vanilla rules page says no raiding, and also no pvp, unless both parties consent

Which servers? Lol theres only vanilla and hexxit officially run by claytonia, neither allpones server or the hexxit one use the application here.
