Our community is growing quickly and we have some awesome people that have joined us. But people come and people get bored of minecraft so to keep some fresh faces around we need to advertise the server. The best way to do that is on minecraftforums.net. We have a few threads on minecraftforum.net to keep these threads at the top of the list we need a few of our members to add replies to the threads. When you reply the forum rules say that you cant "bump" a thread so say something other than "BUMP" so just say something that you like about the community.

Mmk, I'll probably bump the three topics on MC Forums, and I will talk to some of my friends to see if they are interested in joining.
Summer time is killing the communities regular member base. Everyone is outside doing active stuff instead of joining the rest of us. Help us get some new members for our community. Before you get on the server bump a post. When new players join show them how awesome Claytonia is.
I have sent out 27 private messages on MCF in the last 2days. We should be getting a new player base coming in.
kaz, zito and r-tab have all told me they would help advertise as well so i hope they have been doing the same amount of advertising.
Lets all try to get the new members to join teamspeak and use the forums, people who join TS stay longer!

Maybe advertise all the servers separately and all together to get more adspace on the fourms also to help people find the exact server they are looking for. Might help.
Also I sent pm requests to bunch of eligible mature players one day and 5 min later a fourm admin said all notifications will be removed great : /

You know a video to help advertise the servers and community on the MC fourm page would be really great to attract members.. people always just post links hey hey hey look at this server I recommend this server bye.....when we could link a youtube video that gives visual information and a edge I must say over other servers that just give their links out.
Just dont ask me to make a video though I have poor skills with video editing and my videos would be laggy and poor quality but I can help give ideas for the video if you need.

Summer time is here and we always loose a lot of people during the summer due to people living RL outdoors.
Now would be a great time for the members of the community to help advertise the community and its servers.
If you cannot donate and want to give back to the community this is the best way to do so.
What are some ideas for advertising the community?
I have found for the minecraft servers MinecraftForums is the best way. Any other ideas?
I've been advertising on non-gamer forums such as imdb
When i have a good game in League, I ask my team to check out the website. I also see if anyone wants to hop on TS before the games too.
Please go vote for our servers and make a post on a minecraft forum.
I'll see if I can get people to join through my stream :) People watch and wanna join when I'm doing Feed The Beast soooo :3
