By decree of King Kaz Ironheart:CAN:
- Dwarves trade with Elves as long as a Human is online to witness it
- Dwarves may visit Elf Home as long as a Human is online to witness it
CANNOT:
- Dwarves can not address an Elf by their name (unless there are multiple Elves online and you need the attention of one)
