Did some more digging, turns out that it's actually a shared account between two brothers.
It was the younger brother I caught in the act, but unfortunately I can't let either back on due to the shared nature.
Sucks for the older one, but not much I can do about it unfortunately
And also Boromin is their cousin, lol.
I'll have to talk to him at some point, just to see what he thinks about the whole thing

"It was my little brother" is the number one ezcuse to try and get unbanned. Banned is banned. If I see boromin I'll smooth things out.
