Sadly, neighbors are right next door and I'm no longer king of the mountain; but now I do have great internets.

I bought a townhouse this September so my neighbors are also right next door also but we are yet to hear anything through the walls. 
We are still young so this makes a great starter house (and rental property later down the road) then we can buy the land we desire in the middle of nowhere.
