Do we have any rooms similar to plug.dj?

I know it got shutdown but I switched to dubtrack.fm as soon as it did. It has a pretty similar interface to plug and pretty simple to use once you get use to it.

Am I the only one just now discovering these things?

Can someone describe them to me?
How do you use them?

What are their limitations?

Are they legal?
Do they have any legal limitations?
Are they illegal only in certain countries?

TLDR: I am much-confused. Please help me not to be confused?

(If you need to contact me, you can usually find me on Steam.
However, I will try to check my inbox on the forums more often, so if I'm not [available] on Steam, try PM-ing me here.)

Its pretty easy to signup it just requires a email. Basically its a site that lets you share music, the interface takes a day or two to get used to but basically to create playlists you just copy youtube urls and paste them in the search bar then you can add them to your playlist. I believe you can import a playlist from youtube.
Pretty sure its legal as well.

Alternatively, you could just login to it and see for yourself the answers to all of those questions

Its legal, why would it be illegal?

Toa wasn't sure of what it was exactly is what I think. Since the music comes from youtube it'd be 100% legal to listen to.

Even if it was direct music sharing, it's still not illegal

Properly purchased music comes with the license to use for whatever personal purposes, including sharing it with your friends.
Just as long as you don't use it for commercial purposes or resell it,you're good to go :)

True, however if it's using another service that would be profit, as the other service definitely wouldn't do it for free. (Ads)

Yeah it doesn't really work like that

You're the one doing the sharing, not them

If I were an artist I believe I could make a very valid argument about that.

And the law would still shut you down ;)

Obviously artists want everyone to purchase it individually, but the law doesn't quite work like that
