I am running at 150fps currently but I want to be able to use a few things that Optifine has, is it possible to do so?

Yes, though we don't officially support it or guarantee successful operation.

Some people seem to use it fine though.

I figured as much i mean it runs great as it is but I just want to change a thing or two
