So I thought this would be cool to add...
This will be a sort of forum game on the RolePlay section
Post a death message you think is awesome/funny/whatever.
One message per post, no double posting. If you have more than one idea, wait till someone else does one first hey?
If I see any really good ones, I may even add it to the server death messages! 8)
Eg. (I've already got this one in game ;))
Player almost did a cool trick where they didn't hit the ground too hard
Player keeps thinking they're Splat. Silly Player/race.
Player Angered the gods
Player dropped out of swimming lessons.
Player couldn't take the heat
Player got Etho'd (when killed with TNT)
player was caught between a rock and a hard place
When suffocated in the wall
Player thought they could fly.

Player thought they could fly.
Nuh it's "Player believed they could fly. They couldn't."
Btw "they" is grammatically incorrect. "They" implies the player is more than one person. It should be he/she.

Player got beaten by a dictionary, everytime Millarz kills someone?
I'm well aware that they/their is grammatically unsuitable.
However there isn't a gender neutral pronoun in the english language that is used widely enough for players to understand..
"Player believed ou could fly" wouldn't be recogniseable to most
I didn't want to use he/she
Player almost did a cool trick where they didn't hit the ground too hard
Player stumbled upon a pack of hungry orcs

They
is grammatically correct when used as a gender neutral singular, or when gender is indeterminate.

I think it would be better if you dropped the "got".
Oh... I just saw the "one message per post" thing.
Player didn't read the rules... x_x
So far, I've used 6 of these death messages ingame.
They may not be exact quotes, and they may not appear in the death category you intended them to be in.
Which ones I've used I won't say ;)
You'll have to find them ingame
Player [race] thought [race] would be friendly. He became an alfar/orcish wall decoration.
<player> was killed by enderman. Have fun sleeping tonight.
